The short version: you send the details, you check the proof, and nothing goes to print until you approve it.

What do I need to send?

Only what the piece needs — a few words, a date, or a photo. Where a photo is used, choose one where the subject is sharp, close, and lit from the front. JPG or PNG works best; the current upload limit is 12 MB.

Will I see it before it is printed?

Yes. A proof is emailed for approval first. That is the point to check the spelling, the crop and any small details. Nothing moves to print until you approve it.

What can I customise?

Your words, your photo where the piece takes one, and the size and framing. The typeface, the layout, the spacing and the position stay fixed — that is the design, not a missing option.

Framed or unframed — what is the difference?

Framed pieces arrive with an Ayous wood frame, Acrylite front protector and hanging hardware. Poster-only pieces use the same enhanced matte paper and leave the final frame choice to you.

Which sizes are available?

The sizes on offer are listed in the options above. The composition holds as the sheet gets larger, so a bigger print is more of the same piece, not a different one.

What if the piece arrives damaged or misprinted?

Personalised pieces cannot be returned once printed, which is exactly why a proof is sent first. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, it is replaced.
